Workshops are held
at TFC Food Services' specialist venue
in the Scottish Borders. Places are
available at reasonable delegate
rates. Includes all refreshments,
course materials and practical cookery
demonstrations with recipes to take
away (no demonstrations on courses
marked *).
One day culinary workshops start at
9.30 for 10.00 am, finishing at 4.00pm.
These services can also be delivered
at any venue using our unique transportable
