Why not spend a morning making fresh pasta, scrumptious puddings
or baking cakes?
Cook like Nigella, Jamie and Hugh with our one to one professional
cookery session in the comfort of your self catering kitchen
or come along to our country training kitchen at TFC.
Book a fun filled two hour practical guidance session to learn
new cooking skills or brush up on those you've forgotten.
All
materials provided, including ingredients, aprons
Choice
of topics - Fresh Pasta, Cake baking/decorating, Dessert
Creation - you choose what level you prefer (Beginner,
Intermediate or Advanced) or pick a themed session such
as an informal supper party, picnics or brunch.
At
least three dishes will be prepared in each session
£75
(inc VAT) per person, per session - 10% deposit payable
on booking

times 10.30 am to 12.30 pm

booking always necessary (to ensure your day of choice)

giving the name and location of your Scottish Borders self catering
holiday cottage and the preferred date of your Cookalong session.
If you prefer to come to our country kitchen near the village
of Lilliesleaf, please state.

name, home address and contact number.
Post your 10% booking fee of £7.50 (make cheques payable
to Catherine Tuff) to the address below. Balance payable at
start of session £67.50.
